A rare chance has become available to join an organisation which is currently one of the most aggressive at winning new business within the Facilities Management industry and looking to develop their position further. Seeking a suitable candidate with a proven track record in winning National Mobile Contracts you will join a team not afraid to work hard and play hard. - To develop profitable business and sell to blue chip and other companies maintenance and facilities services.
Responsibilities
1. To negotiate and successfully close contracts as necessary; to meet, and surpass, agreed sales targets. 2. Drive sales activities to win new business from existing and new customers to add revenue and profit. 3. In the above process, to promote and build professional client relationships; develop new sources of profitable business; meet clients and prospects; give presentations; to maintain excellent relationships and after sales support; to build rapport*mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy and plans. 4. Raise the company and business profile representing the company at industry events. 5. Keep up-to-date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends. 6. To communicate with and report back to the Regional Director, Sales Director and Senior Management within the National Mobile business on a regular basis. 7. To maintain excellent records and relevant contract documentation in the support of tenders and re-bids for National Mobile business. 8. Generation of tenders and relevant document preparation. 9. Dealing with Pre-qualifications. 10. Carrying out site surveys. 11. Support Operations with re-bids and variations for existing clients.
Accountabilities
1 Reporting and accountable to Regional Director.
2 Direct interface with the Group Sales Director and Senior management within the National Mobile business.
Person Specification
Experience - Essential that you must have a minimum of five years proven sales*business development experience from a relevant engineering background (eg. Mechanical*Electrical maintenance, fire alarms, control systems, mechanical*electrical equipment sales).
